Welcome
Finding the right therapist matters.
You may have found your way here because you’re feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts or emotions, or have concerns about your mental health or that of your child. Whatever brings you here, I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. Therapy, at its best, is not a formula.
I’m a psychological therapist with over ten years of experience working with clients across the lifespan, including those with complex and diverse needs. My approach is integrative and evidence-based — tailored to you, not a diagnosis.
Beyond the therapy room
The person behind the practice
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and strength training. I’m also a qualified England Athletics coach, where I volunteer with a junior endurance running group.
Coaching gives me another opportunity to support young people as they build confidence, develop new skills, and work towards their own goals. Whether in the therapy room or on the running track, I value creating environments where people feel encouraged, challenged, and supported to grow.
I’m passionate about the positive role that movement can play in both physical and mental wellbeing. For me, exercise isn’t about perfection or performance—it’s about finding an approach that is safe, sustainable, and enjoyable.
As a parent to both a young child and a teenager, I understand that family life can be busy, unpredictable, and full of different challenges and joys. Our two French Bulldogs are also a big part of family life and certainly keep us on our toes. Away from work, coaching, and training, I value slowing down, relaxing, and making the most of time with those closest to me.
